Kelgai Ann is a magnificent waterlily dahlia we coveted for years before finally welcoming her to our garden - and she has certainly exceeded every expectation 🤩 The plants are stately and tall, with slender, light-green foliage, adorned with perfectly formed blossoms that gently close at dusk or under overcast skies, enhancing their ethereal charm.

And the blooms themselves are breathtaking! Some appear almost pure white with only a faint rose blush, while others feature striking pink pinstripes. She is remarkably delicate yet captivating, all at once.
