The price listed is per plant.

Availability
Quantities for certain varieties are limited and may sell out quickly. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Order Limits
To ensure as many customers as possible can enjoy our collection, we have a limit of two plants per variety. We kindly ask you to respect this limit.

Cart Reservation
Items are not reserved in your cart. Your order is only guaranteed once the checkout and payment process is complete.

Pickup
All orders are to be collected in person at our Dahlia Event in May.

Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you wish to add items, please place a new, separate order.

 

Plant Care
We pinch all our plants to promote stronger, bushier growth, making them more resilient during cultivation and transport.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Product Availability
All our dahlias are grown by us, which means stock levels may vary. As we work with living products, we may occasionally need to remove specific items if their quality does not meet our high standards. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you with a suggested replacement of equal or greater value, or issue a full refund. We never substitute products without your prior approval

 

2. Payment

We offer several secure payment options. You can pay in advance via Klarna Checkout (including invoice, installments, card, or direct payment) or by card via Stripe. Please note that advance payments are prioritized should any quality issues arise. Invoices for private individuals are exclusively handled through Klarna.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of printing errors, technical glitches, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Delivery & Pick-up
Plants are to be collected in person at our event, as specified at checkout. Uncollected orders will be charged. To ensure premium quality, all plants are stored in a climate-controlled environment until pickup. If you are unable to attend the event, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal

Please note that our dahlia plants and tubers are living materials. As such, they are exempt from standard returns, in accordance with guidelines for perishable goods.

6. Claims & Quality assurance

We adhere to the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). Should an item be deemed faulty, please contact us prior to returning it. Claims are to be submitted to info@storiesandcreations, including your name, order number, a description of the issue and accompanying images.

Claims must be made immediately upon discovery of the defect, and any claims regarding plant health must be submitted within two weeks of delivery. Please note that plants that have already been pinched or transplanted by the customer are generally not eligible for a claim, as the conditions for the plant are altered. 

Returns via C. O. D (cash on delivery) are not accepted.

 

7. Additional Information
There is no charge for packaging. In the event of receiving an unsolicited item, please inform us promptly. Prices and products are subject to change without notice. The Consumer Sales Act applies to all transactions.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any indirect damages or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, fire, war, or governmental actions (force majeure)

We exclusively collect information necessary to fulfill your order and safeguard your integrity. Your details are never sold or disclosed to third parties without legal grounds.​

When paying by invoice, our payment provider may request your personal identification number (personnummer) for security purposes. For shipping, your name, address, and contact details (email/phone) are shared with carriers to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
