KA’s® Creme Brulee boasts a truly unique coloration; as her name suggests, she features softly golden, cream-toned petals that transition into smoky raspberry hues toward the heart. The reverse of each petal is adorned with this same smoky crimson, lending the blooms an extraordinary dimension. This variety is among the most prolific bloomers, and her long, robust stems make her an exceptional choice for floral design.

 We will test grow this variety ourselves in the 2026 season. The tuber was purchased from a reliable seller in the USA who values soil health, sterilizes their tools and has invested heavily in virus testing.

 We are a licensed seller of KA's® dahlias. KA's® is a protected trademark and as a licensed seller we send a percentage of our sales back to Santa Cruz Dahlias so Kristine can continue her work of developing new fantastic dahlia varieties.

 What does this mean for you as a customer?

 For hobby growers:
If you grow for fun, exchange or give away your extra tubers or cuttings, you are not affected. You can also sell flowers as cut flowers and collect or sell the seeds. You can continue just as before.

 For those who want to sell KA's® varieties:
If you want to sell tubers or cuttings of KA's® varieties, you need a license from the hybridizer to use the protected name.
